Salvation Army provides family services, youth development, senior services, housing programs, an adult rehabilitation center, emergency disaster services, Hispanic ministries and a Christmas program. This is why UASI is pleased to announce their support for the Salvation Army by organizing a gently used goods drive.

The Salvation Army's Adult Rehabilitation Centers provide spiritual, social and emotional assistance for men and women who have lost the ability to cope with their problems and provide for themselves. Each center offers residential housing and work, group and individual therapy within clean, wholesome surroundings. The physical and spiritual care that program participants receive here prepares them to re-enter society and return to gainful employment. Many of those rehabilitated go on to be reunited with their families and resume a normal life.

The Salvation Army’s Adult Rehabilitation Centers are funded by donated goods. Below are some of our most commonly donated items.

  • Household Goods

  • Men's Clothing

  • Miscellaneous

  • Women's Clothing

Donations will be accepted in the Cincinnati office the week of June 22. For those employees who work off-site, you can schedule a pick up at your home by calling 800-SA-TRUCK. More information can be found at http://www.satruck.com/donate_goods/.
